Section 01

Introduction

Klyrova Analytics ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information shared with us in connection with our advisory services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you engage with our services or interact with our website.

This Policy applies to all individuals who visit our website, submit inquiries, or engage Klyrova Analytics as a consulting client. By using our services or interacting with our website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

// Core Privacy Commitment
Klyrova Analytics does not collect, process, store, or analyze client operational data. We do not access live systems, databases, or production environments. All analysis is conducted based on documentation and materials voluntarily shared by the Client for advisory purposes.

We approach privacy as a core operational principle, not merely a compliance obligation. Our business model does not depend on data monetization, advertising, or third-party data sharing. The information we collect is limited to what is necessary to deliver our advisory services.

We do not collect: government identification numbers, financial account information, passwords or access credentials, personally identifiable information of third parties unless strictly necessary, biometric data, or health information of any kind.

Section 03

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To scope, plan, and deliver advisory services as described in the applicable Scope of Work. This includes reviewing engagement materials, preparing recommendations, and communicating findings.
  • Communication: To respond to inquiries, coordinate engagement logistics, deliver draft and final reports, and maintain professional correspondence regarding active or prospective engagements.
  • Engagement Administration: To manage invoicing, track deliverable timelines, and maintain records necessary for contractual compliance.

We do not use your information for marketing to third parties, sale or licensing to data brokers, behavioral advertising, automated profiling that produces legal or significant effects, or any purpose not explicitly stated in this Policy without your prior written consent.

Section 04

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Klyrova Analytics does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party service providers (e.g., document storage, email infrastructure, accounting software) who access information only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.
  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, regulatory authority, or in response to a valid legal process. Where permitted, we will notify the affected party prior to disclosure.
  • Protection of Rights: We may disclose information where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Klyrova Analytics, our clients, or the public, in accordance with applicable law.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. Our retention practices are as follows:

  • Engagement Materials: Client-provided documents and analysis materials are deleted within thirty (30) days of engagement completion or termination, unless legal or contractual obligations require retention for a longer period.
  • Business Records: Basic engagement records, invoices, and contractual documentation are retained for seven (7) years in accordance with applicable business and tax record-keeping requirements.
  • Communication Records: Email correspondence related to completed engagements is retained for three (3) years following the conclusion of the engagement.
